The Restaurant
The Hotel Acquarius's restaurant is exclusively for the guests of the hotel, but on request, the hotel's kitchen will be pleased to welcome friends of the hotel guests who would like to spend a nice evening with each other.
The kitchen mainly serves typical Elban dishes, but also international dishes. The chef's tasty dishes are served at the table on meat and fish base, with various alternatives.
There is a rich buffet with raw and cooked vegetables, along with the various desserts prepared by the internal confectioner.
The customer can decide daily whether he wants to dine at the hotel or abroad.
